The card was issued by a Shopper for a special offer with free service. I ordered it on Monday, and it was already possible to pick up my personal card on Wednesday. The quality of service was completely satisfied, the specialist explained everything in detail and told us about the conditions. The disadvantage is the lack of a familiar queue management system, although the physical the individuals are serviced by one specialist, so there is no point in this device. The first time, I went in quickly, and when I picked up the card, there was a non-resident customer in front of me and I waited in line for more than half an hour. Moreover, the specialist told him everything 5 times, but when I did go in, he came back a minute later and started asking the same questions. The specialist is great for explaining everything in detail, but people tend to use it. A second specialist would have solved the problem with the suspended queue, especially since there are two cash desks in the branch and its employees were often bored, just like me, waiting for their turn. P.S. Six months later, I went to the branch and was pleasantly surprised by the availability of a management system, so there is a customer orientation in MTBank!

They sway for a long time, deliberately take their time, and thus show their disrespect for customers. There is something to compare it with in other banks, they work faster somehow, or they have a banking policy like: take your time, or you'll have time!
