Due to the fact that the employee did not do her job, I get exactly the same card that I have and with the same waiting period! Of course, they offered me "solutions", but what it was is separate, in fact, I have to change everything (wherever the card is registered, all payment templates, etc.) to cover their ass and get exactly the same card that I have in my hands! I will contact another branch of the bank, I definitely won't come to it anymore, and I don't advise you either (the reviews below also say a lot), although I live nearby.
