They invited me to an office near Nemiga, and after a couple of minutes, a girl with a rather self-confident and arrogant look refused. Who makes a decision in 10 minutes and how is surprising and not clear. I also applied online recently, so the refusal has already arrived in a record couple of seconds, apparently it is automatically configured to whom to submit a loan, to whom not, the parameters are naturally there. Then the next day, for some reason, they called from the bank, I didn't hear the call right away, only then I called back, and there was a robot. It's unclear why they called.

After three unsuccessful attempts to enter, access was completely blocked, despite the fact that I entered my passport number, and unlocking requires a face-to-face visit to a bank branch to obtain a code word. As a result, I was never able to use this service, and probably never again. Wasted time ;(
