At the beginning of February 26, we visited this branch and were disappointed with the bank and the attitude towards customers. Today (February 26, 26) we arrived to receive the cards and we would like to express our gratitude to the manager Alexey, who corrected the negative situation of the last visit. It is very nice that the organization has people who love their work and are customer-oriented. Thanks to Alexey, who restored the trust in the bank.

The critical reviews about the work of this department seemed to me slightly exaggerated, until I myself found myself in a similar situation. On New Year's Eve, contextual advertising gave me a promotional offer from MTBank with a Shopper card. In conditions of prolonged instability, another bank card did not seem superfluous to me, you never know where it might come in handy, so I decided to order. Of course, it would be more convenient to use postal delivery, but here comes the first problem of the bank: it can only be done in the application. For other banks, the same is available through the website in the browser. Well, okay... It was just an opportunity to get into the office. And it happened on the eve of the beginning of 2026. There were no customers on the last day of the year, so we didn't have to wait, and the contract took a few minutes to complete. But I was able to get a card only after a month and a half. And it's good that I had time in reserve on the day of receipt. Because the second problem came up here: I had to wait more than an hour. An hour!!! to just pick up the card. Those who wrote about it in their reviews were not joking. At the same time, there are 8 jobs in the department, including 2 cash desks, but mostly one operator and one cashier worked. During my waiting time, this operator served only 2 clients: they opened a deposit with one for forty minutes, and with the other for twenty minutes they solved some credit cases. And I was surprised not only by the organization of the bank's office, but also by the total helplessness of customers, who, without the operator's participation, find it difficult to overcome registration in remote services, setting limits, general settings, etc. primitive issues with which they spent a lot of time. In general, I have no special complaints about the work of the operator, it took about five minutes to receive the card, but a lot about the administrative aspects of the department's work. It is strange that, given the many similar comments, no improvements have yet been made on the issues raised by the claims. Bad... It would have been worth changing the management of the department long ago. Or maybe this has already become the principle of the bank's work as a whole... Under such circumstances, I can only rate this branch of MTBank at three.

We looked in during the day (around 12:30), there are some difficulties with parking - it is unlikely that we will be able to find it nearby. We spent a little time in the queue, there was a ticket to the legal department, about 5 minutes, then they told us everything (about the payment terminal).
