The branch itself is good, but the staff is lucky... Previously, the exchange rate was more profitable than that of competitors, now it is not. A very small room, when there is a queue, there is simply nothing to breathe. Specialists are always available, there are many of them, and you can reduce their number by expanding the territory for clients.
