I arrived, took the ticket, and then the quest began. At first, I was referred to a specialist because I didn't have my passport with me, so I had to call the number they gave me and find out how much I owed. After a long conversation with the virtual assistant who advised me to install the application, I finally found out the amount, called it to the specialist, she redirected me to the cashier. And at the checkout, they ask me again, how much do you owe? And my favorite, check the receipt. Why should I check the account number that I do not know, or the transaction code? Never set foot in this bank again.
