I am a regular customer of this branch, I mostly visit it on weekends, because few of the branches work on Sat and Sun. Cash register specialists always provide fast and high-quality service!!! 11/15/25 I also arrived at this branch, when I arrived, I saw a small crowd of people in the branch, took a ticket, noticed that there were 7 people in line before me, after waiting for some time, I realized that the queue at the cashier was moving slowly, then I noticed that only one of the three cashiers was working!!!! I would like to appeal to the bank's management to stop the operation of the cash registers in the previous mode in order to avoid queues at the branch!!! The ATM is also often closed on weekends!!

Hello, for the past month in a row, it is not possible to log in to the mobile application, there is no incoming call from the bank or SMS during registration. The bank's specialists complain that the number was transferred from one mobile operator to another.. Are you serious??? Does it take months to fix this problem??? And every time they promise that they will fix it this month and nothing happens. Why is there no alternative to registration, perhaps through a bank branch?

A very strange bank, it is impossible to install the application, they position that the card can be issued online, but in fact I had to go to the bank, the struggle with the application did not lead to success. I got the card, no questions, the next day I can't log in to the app, I try using the browser and everything worked out, after which the bank calls and asks if I use banking, I say that I They'll forgive the code word, but I didn't install it when issuing the card, I was safely blocked in the browser application and told to go to the bank. The most bizarre actions I was a customer of the bank about 10 years ago and naturally I no longer remember this code word, why did the operator not specify this information yesterday when issuing the card? Please, I will not even start using this bank and I will issue the card at another bank without such problems.
