Maybe who knows if the branch in Polotsk will reopen.

The worst service among banks. To get a reissued card, you need to wait in line for 2 hours! It would be possible to arrange delivery by mail, since the branch in Polotsk is closed, one employee works in Novopolotsk, each client is served for 30 minutes. If I didn't need a card, I would have left this bank altogether. The service is 1 out of 5.
