The worst service among banks. To get a reissued card, you need to wait in line for 2 hours! It would be possible to arrange delivery by mail, since the branch in Polotsk is closed, one employee works in Novopolotsk, each client is served for 30 minutes. If I didn't need a card, I would have left this bank altogether. The service is 1 out of 5.

I ordered a reissue of the card, the deadline is ending,I work until 17.00,I did not know that the branch was closed in Polotsk, I went to Novopolotsk 2 times, I managed to get there at 17.30, both times 3-4 people were sitting there in a queue for an hour, I went to clarify whether they would accept me, they replied that they were closing at 18.00.Saturday is Sunday off. Maybe who knows if the branch in Polotsk will reopen.
