Constant interruptions, speed drops. The Internet is turned off consistently once a week or two in the evening. They turn it on either in the morning or in the middle of the night. And since they are the only provider in the whole country that does not have a 24-hour support service, you just have to wait. Conclusion: it is better to already be on a mobile phone than to deal with this provider.

Customer service center. It is possible to conclude/terminate a contract for TV and home Internet services. You will need a passport for this. Electronic queue. Approximately 2-4 operators and 1 cashier. Sofas for waiting. It's pretty cozy here. Keep in mind that there is lunch and technical breaks at the checkout.

Dear friends! I want to share with you an extraordinary incident on the part of the MTIS company, not only for Belarus, but also for all countries. Internet access was lost on Saturday. The support service milo explained that there was a problem with the equipment and, due to the fact that they have a weekend off, all subscribers of the district may only get access to the network on Monday, when specialists will deal with the issue. It reminded me of the 90s, when plumbers turned off the water for the weekend due to some kind of breakdown and were engaged in repairs only on Monday. There have also been similar cases before, but for a shorter period of time without prior announcement. This indirectly indicates the financial condition of the company, the absence of emergency crews, an algorithm of actions in case of such situations, problems with existing equipment. Apparently, some of the subscribers who are faced with this will now massively connect to another provider. And there are people whose work directly depends on the ability to go online on a regular basis. I strongly recommend that new subscribers do not use the services of this provider and protect themselves in advance from the troubles associated with stopping Internet access at the most inopportune moment and for an indefinite period. I will try to convey this information as much as possible on all such sites. Thank you for your time!

I am outraged by the imposition of MTIS services, 69 channels since July 1, 2018 at the address : Minsk Gaya 27-67 .I don't need this number of programs and I don't need to pay for them. I am the owner of my home and on what basis they impose their services, they have to sell them to me under a contract. The bill comes as part of the payment of utility bills, and I cannot refuse to pay part of these payments. Thus, MTIS has provided in advance and intentionally for the impossibility of refusing the imposed additional service. Representatives of MTIS claim that they warned everyone, namely, they threw advertising brochures into mailboxes. But personally, I have never seen them in my eyes. According to the contract, of course, they have every right to expand their service packages, but whether I need to pay for it is up to me to decide. And MTIS, by its actions (and hidden from the client), excluded the possibility of my expression of will. I consider this a gross violation, first of all, of the constitutional rights of a citizen. As well as these actions of MTIS are very similar to fraud by forgery. I am offered to go to their office to write a waiver. But why should I go to them? if they are the initiator of a change in contractual relations? And why should I refuse a service that I need in the same volume? So let them package their services and offer them separately, like all normal providers. The fact of coercion to certain financial obligations is obvious, through the system of calculating communal payments (through LREO) and through illegal actions regarding the contract concluded with this enterprise.
