I have been an MTS subscriber for many years, everything is fine. I like the office at the train station: it's bright and spacious. There is a bell at the entrance for people who are restricted in movement, as well as Braille for the visually impaired. Inside, for convenience, there is an electronic queue and ottomans, and there is air conditioning. You can take a ticket and calmly wait for your turn. The staff is pleasant, polite, and always helpful.
