During my call for about 18 hours for a consultation, the employee showed an unprofessional and unacceptable attitude towards the client. Instead of helping me choose the right tariff, she did nothing, interrupted me in the process of communication, showed a haughty expression on her face and repeatedly exchanged sidelong glances with other employees. This behavior created a feeling of neglect and disrespect, as if I was not at the service center, but at her house.
