I ask you to consider the complaint about the work of Oksana Rakach, an employee of the MTS communication salon at 1 Lenin Street, Baranovichi. During my call for about 18 hours for a consultation, the employee showed an unprofessional and unacceptable attitude towards the client. Instead of helping me choose the right tariff, she did nothing, interrupted me in the process of communication, showed a haughty expression on her face and repeatedly exchanged sidelong glances with other employees. This behavior created a feeling of neglect and disrespect, as if I was not at the service center, but at her house. I consider such an attitude towards clients unacceptable for a company providing communication services. I ask you to check on this fact, take measures against the employee and ensure proper quality of service in the future.

Today I visited the MTS salon in Baranovichi at Lenin Square 1 in order to purchase a phone as a gift to my mother. I took the ticket and turned to the window to choose a model. A consultant girl immediately came up to me. I voiced my wishes, based on which she immediately offered me a suitable model. The consultation itself took no more than 3 minutes. We went to the counter, where specialist Anna Lagutik made the installment payment as quickly as possible and offered a phone case as an accompanying accessory. As a result, I spent less than 10 minutes in the salon. Today, saving time is very important to me. And the people who contribute to this are invaluable. Unfortunately, I didn't remember the consultant's name. But! Girls, you are the best! Thank you for your work!

If you hand over the item under warranty, do not wait as they say for up to 14 days (they will give you the item only on the 14th day), and if in more detail (as they say, without initially warning you) then for up to a month (they are just dragging their time, I can't believe anything else)

However, the staff were very annoying and tried to get rid of me as quickly as possible without really answering my questions, but they managed to talk on the phone in the process of communicating with me. Disgusting treatment of visitors by the salon staff. On 6.01.2026, I went into the salon to check the data on my phone number and tariff, because I want to switch to another mobile operator for service. The first employee I came to, she talked to me with a haughty look, as if I owed her something. It turned out that passwords from my ID card were needed to see information about me, but I didn't have this data with me. A few hours later, I went back to this salon, but I got to another employee, from whom Pin 1 from my ID card was entered 3 times, the code was allegedly incorrect, after the 3rd attempt, the employee reported that my ID card was blocked and it was necessary to contact the Department of Internal Affairs to restore access to the card. I received the ID card a few months ago, and there was still no need to resolve issues with it with passwords. "Thank you" for adding a few more problems to me.
