I came with my mom to help make an e-sim. As a result, the employees reluctantly talked, practically did not explain anything. When asked how the e-sim could leave, she replied "somehow." If my mom had come alone, they definitely wouldn't have explained anything to her. It seemed that the employees themselves did not know the meaning of the work, did not understand anything at all about the product, and looked at customers with contemptuous eyes. I kindly ask the management to provide training on the product and etiquette for their employees.

The bib requires a PIN code from the ID card. Refuses to connect . The PIN code protects my personal data and digital signature! It is prohibited by law to require a PIN code. And embed it in some kind of database . MTS is not a government agency that can request such information.
