Hello, dear ones. I wanted to write rather not about a specific communication salon, but about the situation with the MTS warranty on gadgets sold in general. For many years, I bought phones only in MTS stores, most often more expensive than the market price, solely because of their powerful warranty, and with any nuances, I was always able to find a solution to problems, if any. But 2.5 years ago, I decided to buy myself another phone, in this case, the flagship. I doubted it for a long time, because in some other stores it cost 400 rubles cheaper. And also with installments. But, remembering their warranty policy, I still made the choice to buy this device from MTS. I realized almost immediately that it was running out of battery by 50-60% overnight and it was impossible to have a phone conversation with it for more than 5 minutes. All the time I didn't hear the caller, then they didn't hear me. I brought it back, they listened to me, wrote something down, took it away for examination, this has happened before, everything is fine. After a while they returned, they said everything was okay. The issue has been resolved with the discharge of the battery, indeed, but there are no communication failures. I bring it back again, the same result. I didn't solve the issue more radically just because I always have 2 phones, 1 of them cheaper for work, the 2nd for a good camera and use at home. But now, when a call arrives, you have to put the flagship aside and pick up the phone on a cheap one, otherwise you won't be able to talk. I am completely disappointed with the new warranty policy, and for those who have taken out this work to finish reading, I strongly recommend that you do not overpay and buy phones where it is cheaper. After all, there are many installments now, and the MTS guarantee is very different from what it used to be. Thank you for your attention, maybe the information will be useful for someone.

The answer was- you open the website and choose. And when I asked to clarify how many minutes I had spent on Mts, and how many on other networks, the girl twisted her face so that I choked.. How is it possible? Not everyone can read text on their phone, and many older people won't understand all the nuances of tariffs... so if she comes to me for an appointment at the hospital, and I give her a medication guide and tell her, you can choose what suits you and how to take it... On satellite TV, the service, the service, the attitude towards the customer below the baseboard is disgusting. The operator CANNOT be reached, the problem CANNOT be solved. I waited for a response for 55 minutes, after which my number was simply dropped. I strongly advise against using these MTS services. In addition, the slightest wind or rain turns off the TV. In short, take care of your nerves and money, find other, better operators.

The communication salon is not bad, not large in area, but a large assortment of phones, iPhones, accessories, etc. Installments, electronic queue, payment by card and cash, consultation, 4 windows for discussing clients, but there are a lot of people in you and a queue is created (but everything is quickly resolved). The staff is polite, young and sociable!

I want to write about the Internet itself on MTS. I live on Schmidt Avenue. Lately, the Internet has been working in a disgusting way. I contacted the chat, zero service. Today I called the 24-hour number on 017 2379838. There is no answer at all. I held the phone for 4 minutes. And what to do next. I'm thinking about maybe switching to another operator.

I have been an MTS subscriber since 2006. I periodically come to this salon in view of the most convenient location compared to the others. I really like the terms of installments from the store without contacting banks. The staff is friendly and willing to offer you something that you would like or advise you better and more expensive. Still, they are not very intrusive with offers of additional services, which is not annoying. Of the cons, if you do not know about promotions for a certain product or for your birthday, then they will not tell you about it, I assume that to increase income, although they may forget from fatigue)

A disgusting operator. Has anyone tried to call the operator?. I'm listening to the second hour on the hotline- the operator's waiting time is more than 10 minutes. The second hour!!!!! Do you have one operator for the whole of Russia???? Well, guys, don't skimp on operators. According to the ZoPP, are these my problems? And I paid for the service. I suggest that everyone reading this review write an appeal to Rospotrebnadzor, Roskomnadzor. Through public services. And then send the answer to the prosecutor's office with a request for verification, including for the corruption component.

02/07/2025 Issued an ESIM for iOS. Of the 5 windows, only two were open. The third madam was walking from the utility room to her worker, seeing the accumulated queue, including an elderly woman with a wand, but with a proud and arrogant look, she answered "Wait" twice. A queue has been assembled. We waited, got to one of the same two "unfortunate specialists", paid 6.5 rubles for the service, and were given a piece of paper with a printed QR code. When we got home, we tried to add an ESIM, but it didn't work out. A call to the support service, the answer is: you need to go to the MTS communication salon again, they will set you up there!!! AND WHY COULDN'T THIS INFORMATION BE IMMEDIATELY REPORTED TO THE COMMUNICATION SALON ON MIRONOV STREET IN MOGILEV AND POSTED THERE AT THE FIRST REQUEST?!?!

"Cellular network activation failure" On all the phones that I had - I see this message several times a day. I bought phones from MTS and other large companies, mainly iPhones. When traveling outside the Republic of Belarus, local mobile operators work without such a message. I changed phones , SIM cards - the problem has always been and most likely will remain .

In June 2021, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 s smartphone was purchased. in July, we had to contact the MTS salon to be checked, because the phone turned off and did not turn on for 30 minutes, deleted photos, contacts, and logged out of applications on its own. On October 31, 2021, while charging the phone, it began to turn off and on on its own. Such a low-quality product is sold in MTS salons! I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING!!!
