Two months ago, under the promotion (15p per month), I received a SIM card in modem mode. We spent a long time tinkering with the registration, but we did it anyway. Two months later, I came to close the contract there, but was refused, since the organization can only terminate the contract in another office/branch. They offered to transfer 7p to a tariff without a subscription fee (why not for free?), and literally upon leaving the MTS salon, they charged me for the next month, although it was written in my personal account that the debit would be on 25.01 at 17.30, and the debit occurred by 11 a.m. The desire to contact MTS has disappeared, the next visit to them will be with the closure of the contract and the transfer to another operator.
