It was a holiday, but the salon was open, there were no queues, because everything is processed very quickly, about five minutes. There is only one tariff for Russians - guest unlimited. If you are going to distribute the Internet, you will be charged an additional 1 Belarusian ruble per day. But here the tariff fee is not monthly, but daily. The minimum amount for purchasing a SIM card is 40 Belarusian rubles. Together with the distribution of the Internet, this is enough for 15-16 days. Thank you for the speed of service and kindness.

Сотрудники компании сидят на диванчиках, играют в телефон. Не приветствуют при обслуживании. Позволяют себе повышать голос на пожилых людей. Отдавая телефон на обслуживание по гарантии настояли, чтобы я сняла целое, новое защитное стекло. Соответственно по возвращении телефона, мне пришлось снова тратиться на стекло. На подмену не предложили никакого устройства. Я недовольна ни сотрудниками офиса, ни работой сервисного центра.
