I took the laptop in installments, which I haven't even used yet, because it wasn't charging. I returned it under warranty, and a week later I was informed that it was possible to terminate the purchase agreement, because the laptop was not suitable for further use. As a result, the purchase and sale agreement with me was terminated, but The extended warranty agreement could not be terminated, none of the employees knows how to do it. The amount there is 258 rubles. I was sent to the "In touch" salon, allegedly they could terminate this contract there, such instructions were given by the head.But they sent me back to MTS at the In Touch salon. Unfortunately, the staff does not know how to do this. I am waiting for a response from the management. I wasted 2 hours of my personal time today due to the incompetent work of the salon.

Either there are not enough workers, or everyone is working so slowly. But it seemed to me that 2-3 employees were constantly absent on smoke breaks. Overall, the office is decent and clean.

There are queues, but depending on the time of day. There is a corporate department in the basement. I am also a corporate client, and I also use the services as an individual. Previously, I bought smartphones and watches in this office more than once, connected SIM cards and services. After I got overdue loans, I lost the opportunity to buy equipment in installments. MTS previously provided me with a credit calculation method. I have not always been able to optimize and reduce communication costs. Once I applied to MTS with a petition, where I indicated that 'I have a difficult financial situation. Please help me with groceries. I have several loans that I have to pay off, the second disability group. I work part-time as a territory cleaner. In case of refusal, please write specifically what you refused. Thank you in advance.". Four days later, I received an unsubscribe, where the following was written: "Dear Vladimir Sergeevich! Thank you for choosing Mobile TeleSystems LLC (hereinafter MTS) as a mobile operator. Upon your request, we inform you that the cost of services offered by MTS to customers is formed on the basis of planned cost, all types of established taxes and non-tax payments in accordance with tax and budget legislation, profit necessary for reproduction, determined taking into account the quality of services and market conditions. Unfortunately, it is not possible to satisfy your wish. We will be grateful to you for any information related to receiving services provided by MTS." Once again, I asked for help to donate several pairs of socks to me and received exactly the same response. My comment to write in case of refusal, what exactly MTS refuses, was ignored. It's not strange. Do they read appeals inattentively?! I believe that MTS has the opportunity to help, imagine at least the size of advertising budgets, probably from each iron you can learn about MTS and its services. They just don't want to help, perhaps because if you help one, then others will somehow find out and want the same help. Although this is inaccurate. I would have refused the services of this company long ago, if there were suitable alternatives. As for services. As an individual entrepreneur, I use the "Corporate Super max" tariff for 26 rubles 83 kopecks. The tariff plan includes some unlimited video, social networks and messengers, as well as unlimited calls to all networks of the Republic of Belarus. Most of all, it is pleasant that the company provides the opportunity to connect the service "50 minutes of international calls" (Calls abroad at a special price) for 10 rubles 86 kopecks. Despite the advantages of the tariff plan, earlier, when I had two smartphones and used a TWIN card, I did not have enough traffic - 15 GB. I had to connect the Picnic service, which allows you to use two GB of traffic at unlimited speed, as indicated on the MTS website. Picnic also allows you to use MTS music and press services for free. I would also like to tell you about one important service of the company. This is an SMS Extra package of SMS services that provides the subscriber with additional features when using SMS. This service is always connected to me. I am grateful to MTS, but I have a wish that this company would be more humane, or something.

I gave up on this penny and moved on, and when I came to take the goods because of this penny, the visa was refused, you first fix your application... I was not upset, I went on the contrary, I took the product that I wanted and in total it turned out to be more profitable by 50 rubles in installments, if that's the center (the Salon is in touch), although there are also unique people who do not issue checks, then they return them in the hope of winning an electric car. My tariff of 17 rubles per month is still old, and an MTS employee, not immediately seeing my needs, started selling me a tariff for 30 rubles... Everything is very cleverly done here according to the tariff, my cost is 17 rubles per month and unlimited calls to all networks, but they also brought unlimited calls to all networks as an additional service and now they can adjust prices for this, points that can be exchanged for MTS money - only the name there is also a temporary loan that does not affect your the payment balance for the month. In general, the quiet horror of the employees is nothing, they are saved only by coverage outside the city.... Friends, if you don't need a connection outside the city, switch to another operator, I won't say which one, but the conditions there are two heads higher. What can we talk about at all, even if we look at the tariffs that are currently available for children with disabilities 5.90 per month, yes, no questions, but 10 GB per month costs 19 rubles... Think guys....
