Disgusting staff training. They do not understand the services provided by the MTS telecom operator. For 2 days we tried to transfer the number for service by another telecom operator. While we were in the cabin, everything was fine, after that there was a refusal (due to a mismatch of passport data), they knew about it, unlike us, but they did not guess to suggest changing passport data in their database (we found out the reason ourselves and went to investigate), but they did not forget to put more money into it. Notifications of refusal also do not come, you need to guess for yourself if they refused or just the operation takes a long time.

Okay, I left them, went to a nearby store, bought a case, and didn't even take the receipt ... I came home , opened the box with the phone , got to the bottom of the box, and.... there was a factory case ...! 2 employees released the product to me and not one knew where to look for this case! This is the first , the second , they gave me a bunch of incomprehensible checks , but the one that is the main one is NOT AVAILABLE at all for a full one - time payment for the phone . How 's that? 😏
