Посещали центр МТС 5 февраля по адресу ул. Корженевского 26. К сожалению, встретила нас сотрудница, не имеющая понятия, что такое клиентоориентированность и напрочь лишенная желания помочь. Перед нами отказала в помощи пожилому мужчине с установкой приложения со словами «сами скачивайте, я этого делать не буду». Нам же был задан риторический вопрос «как вы так вообще ошиблись?». Оценка и отзыв адресованы сотруднице.
