If I could I will give even -5 stars , they’re useless in general. I had used my SIM card for 6 years and just now when I got WiFi from them they blocked my sim because the guy who fixes WiFi wrote I have Russian passport despite of me having foreign passport and he saw the passport and still did this and now I will probably loose my number after paying 2000 rubles I can’t even use SIM card once . Tried everything from call center and they said if you were having residency or Russian citizenship we could have helped now we can’t help.

Я попал в момент полного аншлага, мне надо было отдать претензию, поскольку мой вопрос с домашним тв никак не решался. Внутри салона поделено на несколько стоек, электронная очередь не работала, консультанта который бы направлял и подсказывал не было, соответственно в какую очередь вставать с своим вопросом, можно было опытным путём выяснять самостоятельно.
