one star only because of the manager (male). we arranged installments and delivery, as we are from the region. The delivery was supposed to be in two days in the morning (according to the manager). By the afternoon, we decided to call the delivery service and found out that the delivery would only be on Tuesday, that is, 4 days after the order. the manager said something else. we waited for half a day, it's not clear what. You can't do that!
