The organization is not responsible for its product at all!!! We bought a robot vacuum cleaner almost 2 years ago.An installment plan was arranged.And there was a breakdown after the warranty period.We delivered the broken vacuum cleaner to the communication salon, which was actually suggested to us by the consultant when purchasing this product.But we were told that after the end of the warranty, the seller is not responsible.They don't know where to repair it, and they don't know what to do with it.You bought a toy for fifteen hundred and you can throw it away.But the main thing is to pay in installments and disconnect from their communication services is also prohibited, and if you disconnect, you will pay a penalty. Unexpectedly unpleasant! I will never contact this organization for shopping again, and I will not recommend it to my friends!And I will definitely refuse communication services. Dear users, I want to warn you against this problem that I am facing. I purchased a Samsung a05 5g phone. During its operation, such a problem was discovered, namely the incorrect operation of GPS. I have repeatedly addressed this problem, and I have been given a number of recommendations for this, such as disabling unstable networks like 4D and 5d, resetting to factory settings, replacing the SIM card, and more. None of this helped to solve the problem. Then I handed over the phone, and they gave me a replacement phone. BUT WHAT WAS MY SURPRISE! GPS doesn't work in this phone either (the phone is also a Samsung brand). I applied again, they brought me about 5 Samsung phones (replacement ones) and we started testing them, and LO and BEHOLD! Of the five phones, one of them is working fine. Then the phone was returned to me from the service center with the conclusion: "the phone has been reset to factory settings, no defects have been detected." And before picking up the phone, I tested it together with an MTS specialist, and as you can already guess, the problem did not disappear. I got the impression that this was a Samsung problem, and my assumption was confirmed. Namely, as an experiment, I suggested that a specialist take a new phone from a Samsung window and test it. The result was predictable, the GPS doesn't work there either. I returned the phone under warranty again and today I received a reply that the phone was removed from warranty due to how much is on the camera))) It's just some kind of mockery. A complaint was left and I asked Consumer Rights for help.The phones were tested by the GPS test app. People who have the same problems with navigation, install the program, test it and file a complaint, together we will achieve justice, it's kind of hard to fight the corporation alone. P.S. I work as a taxi driver and for me this feature in my phone is my income and a means of survival.

There is an agreement with the new warranty service and they write to everyone in the certificates that they have been removed from the warranty, as a result of mechanical damage (external), which in fact is not present! Visually, there is also no! Then they just poke this act and say they can't do anything!

We bought a restored iPhone, as a result, when we came home, the phone stopped seeing the network , they took it to the MTS salon , they said that they needed to send it to the service center , after 2 weeks the phone was returned , the problem was not confirmed, (after the service center the phone worked) they took the phone away did not have time to bring the network home again , the phone had to be returned again to the service center. A week later, the phone was returned and the problem was not confirmed again , the son took the phone , but did not manage to reach the stop as the network disappeared again, the phone is in the service center again , we are waiting for an answer this time. Very upset .

When purchasing equipment through this salon ( robot vacuum cleaner ) , when there were problems with this equipment , the service center in the conversation ( which is recorded by the way ) already says that the product has a defect ( that they have such a problem in a breakdown ) It turns out that the communication salon is already selling obviously not high-quality goods . When contacting the Service center , the specialist did not even turn on the equipment ( the problem remained when receiving the equipment ) , the specialist referred to a low-quality product already .

Cons: it seems that the building is large, but there is catastrophically little space inside, the customer waiting area is small, the electronic queue machine is in an unobvious place. And of course the service: there are 10 specialists, and 2-3 really smart and knowledgeable people, from which a trivial question results in a half-hour deaf phone.

They said it would start working tomorrow at 10 a.m. (since the transition was from another operator), as a result, the SIM card partially earned. Inbox and internet. But the outgoing call writes a call failure. I contacted the office. All the experts there shrugged their shoulders. I've tried everything I can. As a result, clicking the network modes. The call is working. But it was enough for a day. After that, the call failed again and that's it. I contacted the specialists through my mts. They told me that there was nothing they could do to help, contact the office. I went to the office. There, once again, all the experts thought together. And they didn't come up with anything. And they started referring to the phone (the phone was bought new 5 days ago. At the dealer's office) they said come with a passport, we will make a replacement, etc. And once again, I am out of touch due to MTS. I will have to change the operator. And I will not recommend anyone to contact MTS
