I blocked the fare in the application (at night on the train before crossing the border), but the money continued to be read the next few days. As a result, I contacted support and it turned out that in order to terminate the contract, I need to personally come to the office. That is, first you go into the office, refuse to communicate, and then somehow try to call a taxi and use the phone until you return home. The debt is accumulating. I don't know if it will last forever or until they resell the number to another short-sighted user.
