You are not being driven by price limits and deadlines to acquire something. However, the people and the branch are praiseworthy P.S.: I reread the reviews... People!!! This is a communication salon with the provision of services and goods in the building, not a repair, engineering and technical one. 1 person service in 40 minutes! If we had set a limit of people per employee during working hours, we would have started to move. With a child, waiting so long is agony. It seems that a table was set up for the children, but the pencils were not sharpened, they did not give me a sharpener, and there was only one sheet for everyone, and it was painted. I asked to print it, but they refused, allegedly a lot of work. Our number was 27, we arrived at number 23 and waited for over an hour! One woman was sold a clipper for about 35 minutes. I won't describe them all, they work like turtles! The air conditioner is not working, or it is weak, or it is not there at all....I didn't ask, the answer about the leaves and the pencil sharpener was enough for me.

To which it was suggested to simply cancel the order in this case, because they would not be able to do anything. "Customer orientation" is at the highest level. Pure scammers, 1 point. Instead of the Unlimited tariff, without asking, they connected #Unlimited, which is no better, but 2 times more expensive. I regret that I did not switch to A1 on good terms at the time.

I was the other day-I reissued the number. The central office is clean, spacious, accessible storefronts, BUT there is not enough staff -four of the eight windows are working. The queue is like a mausoleum, for solving a problem worth five rubles and five minutes, according to time, I stayed there for forty minutes. The service is disgusting although the staff is polite. In short, if you want to test your nerves for strength, YOU ARE HERE!!!!

Internet roaming does not work (this is the third country). The operator constantly replies that he will now send it for verification. No one returns from the check. Only if I write again, it's all over again, as if they don't see the story there. And now I flew to Nepal, immediately bought a local SIM card, nevertheless, 4 thousand were written off from me in 4 days and they say that I was talking on the phone. I have a bunch of unanswered calls on my number, and the operator says that the check showed that you answered. I blocked all spam numbers without response, and also wrote to support about the situation. But no one solves the issue. They keep driving my account into the negative!! Please note that answered calls are only over the Internet from a local sim card. I've never seen a worse support service. I really regret that I switched to this operator

But we acquire most of the equipment there, because a very good young man in the hall, who helps with the choice and explains everything in an accessible language to everyone. A wonderful consultant guy (tall, dark hair), cultured, patient, educated, an expert in technology and just a nice young man. Thanks to this 4-star professional! And so I would put 2. Constantly sooo long service. We came to repair or replace the headphones for the child under warranty, 10 rubles cost everything, and it took 43 minutes in time! Although there were almost no people, i.e. we came up and a girl immediately began to serve us. The headphones were replaced, although the child lost 1 of the 6 additional soft earbuds included, so the girl took the same one from our new ones, for which they were exchanged, but why? Are these our used broken headphones so important and needed by someone that there should be a complete set, even if the color does not match at all (I put green ones with pink ones)???!!!! And yet, we bought headphones much faster than we replaced them now. If they had known that it took so long, they would have thrown it away and bought new ones, so at least there would have been a complete set. Yes, and the girl spent a lot of papers on it, we signed, etc. Where and when will there be paper savings in our country!? In A4 format, a couple of lines and so there are four sheets)))) And there was a feeling that at first the girl studied the instructions on how to make an exchange, because she read something on the computer for a very long time)))

I needed to buy headphones urgently. I went to MTS, I see that there are phones/headphones on the windows... but I don't understand where the cash register is and how to buy them, actually. I met the eyes of the consultant, approached him with the question where is the cash register to buy headphones. After a couple of seconds of silence, I was asked if I had money!? I understand everything, I was unpainted, but don't be rude. He tried to say something that you need to pay through an information kiosk, but I still did not understand how and which service to pay through which information kiosk. I asked again: "What do you need?" In response, a hard look and: "I don't need it, you need it " As a result, I realized that they would not help me and came out with a terrible aftertaste after a meaningful conversation. Thank you.

It's absurd. We bought a 4g modem, came to change it after 2 days, did not return it. We were refused, referring to technically complex equipment that is not subject to return and exchange. A call to the consumer rights hotline completely refuted the consultant's words. I hope this point will be dealt with in this matter.

I don't like the fact that if you made a mistake with the phone number, then you need to go to MTS with documents and solve this issue, the old system is very good, if you pay with a card and there is a receipt on the phone and you can safely send it remotely, why print something, and so worry about it, stand in queues. Change the System!

Review of the salon 87 Yanka Kupala Ave. (Trinity shopping center) I completely agree with Julia. On October 3, 2022, I bought a phone at the ETRM salon. A week later, problems appeared-the subscription does not always hear me and vice versa. 12.11. The phone started to overload on its own all the time. 13.11. I applied to the salon and was simply faced with an unwillingness to help and show MY SUPERIORITY in technical issues of using the phone. If you forgot your password and if it is restored, this is no longer a garagty case. Since I forgot the documents on my phone, I came to go get them. It turned out that they were not needed, everything can be installed using a passport and a phone box. They started dealing with my problem after my wife said that they should contact the central office. An attempt to explain the problem to an employee at the second workplace caused, to put it mildly, an incorrect reaction - you reset all factory settings and simply do not know how to use the phone. Thanks for your help, complete disregard......16.11. 22 again, the problem is that not all subscriptions hear me and turn around. I'll have to write a complaint, but I don't want to.
