A good communication salon, conveniently located. I come in often, the habit has remained since childhood, when there was a cafe here. The manager Irina Fastova, a polite, intelligent employee, a friendly and smiling girl, served twice. Many thanks to Irina for the right attitude to the salon's customers. Everything is fine, But smartphones and gadgets have to be taken to the A1 salon.

Spacious salon, polite staff. It's been 6 years since I've been a subscriber, I usually go only to this salon. The queue is no bigger than in other places, they devote time to the client, do not try to get rid of the problem faster, they will always help and prompt. It was not a very pleasant situation, due to my departure from the country for half a year and my violation of the service agreement, everything was decided when I returned, made concessions with understanding, found out the whole situation, did not throw "drown" like a puppy, but really helped a lot🙏 I solve any questions only there, and installments and the connection of SIM cards will help with everything.

Good afternoon, I can't say anything good about this office. Why??? Back in December 2021, the insurance phone was handed over (the camera was broken) there were no other repair questions. Surprisingly, the staff did not even offer a phone on duty in return, and it was not announced that there was none available-i.e. I did not even know that this was possible, I use a phone that crumbles. When my phone came, alas, not in two weeks as promised, okay, holidays, we are all people. They gave me a phone, oh, everything looks perfect, for some reason I wanted to check it!!! And my phone doesn't work, it doesn't turn on, it died, I asked to charge it, after a while - they don't do it here, they put it on charge, they tried to turn it on for more than an hour-alas, they take it back for repair! Although the phone was without problems in this regard and again in return for me (in my ignorance) They didn't offer me anything. Today, I tried to contact the office - no one knows anything!!!! Someone tell me what to do. Thank you in advance.
