I do not recommend this MTS communication salon! On October 6, 2025, I visited the MTS salon in order to purchase a new phone.Unfortunately, my visit to this salon turned out to be extremely unpleasant. From the very beginning, I was met with discontent. I was accused of buying up equipment for further loan. I never thought that I would encounter such disgusting service. The consultant who met me at this salon was completely incompetent and rude. Instead of helping me choose the right model, he did nothing but disparage my questions and ridicule my attempts to understand the products. I do not recommend this salon to anyone who appreciates a normal attitude and professionalism. I hope the company's management will pay attention to such incidents and take action.
