The disgusting attitude of consultants towards the client. We came to buy a certain phone, and as a result we received a lot of unreasonable criticism, to the point of ridiculing our choice, and of course an attempt to impose the purchase of a more expensive phone.

It is very annoying that the company outsources people - there is a very high percentage of distrust of these specialists. During consultations, they get confused about the indications. I had to apply for a warranty. They gave me a substitution with a residual charge of 8 ( !!!!) percent. Upon arrival home, the device was put on charge and there was an attempt to connect WiFi. The device rebooted and locked, as someone else's computer was registered on it (!!!!) an account, and this is the situation on absolutely all replacement devices. When trying to exchange for another device, the employee tried to accuse MTS of damaging property.

I faced a very unpleasant situation in this salon. I came for a certain phone model. They persuaded me, persistently imposed their opinion. Ok. I kind of agreed. We decided on a different model. They took out a model to hold in their hands, not from the showcase. Taken. To the question "why is it cheaper than the price tag? " I received the response "shares". As a result, I ended up with a phone of the same model, but with different characteristics (less memory). Unfortunately, I only saw this at home. It is non-exchangeable and non-refundable. I don't absolve myself of the blame, I should have checked it myself. But none of the employees even apologized for such negligence. It may even be encouraged. The response to the appeal was "you should have made sure...You should have checked...you signed..." I'm sorry, but what do you have to do? Then why are there so many employees if they are not responsible for anything? Double-check what you buy in this salon.

In 2024, she issued an MTS number. Now I tried to arrange an installment payment from the online store and they tell me that there is no such number in MTS. They couldn't find her last name right away either, until she said her maiden name. And now, attention, the question is: how low is the training of specialists that they apply for a maiden name (I have been married since 2021), and then why take a passport for registration, if they are even too lazy to rewrite the surname, they just take data from the database. And now, due to the incompetence of the staff, I have to go to the office with my passport again! Disgusting service provision!

We went there with a guy before the trip in February to find out about roaming charges. The guy has an A1 operator, I have an MTS In A1, they explained everything to him, showed him in the application, connected it themselves and showed him how to disable it, where the tariffs are, and so on.… IMMEDIATELY, THE GUY OUTSIDE THE WINDOW WAS CLEARLY UNHAPPY THAT HE HAD TO WORK AT ALL. It started with the fact that the ticket screen was not working, an employee from the gym came up to us, thanks for his help, and asked someone there to help. As a result, the employee looked at us with such a face that somehow I didn't want to find out anything from him. When I saw that my number was registered to my mother, I said that there was nothing I could do to help. I just asked you to explain what and how, because this is the first time we are traveling abroad and whether it is possible to show in the application how to connect and disconnect, how the payment will be charged, and that's it. They just sent me to the website and told me that everything was written in the application. Either the person didn't want to help in any way and he didn't feel good at all (the question is why do you work there then and why do you need such an employee at all), or he didn't have the information The desire to go and buy something in this salon has disappeared by 100% Moreover, there was a desire to change the operator.

I wanted to purchase a mobile phone (Samsung a52) for the promotion for MTS subscribers in a single payment, I gave my number, but they asked for a passport, which I did not have with me, but offered to give the data from the passport photo, to which the answer was negative. After that, I went to another store and purchased it, and I also do not recommend buying and contacting people at the MTS salon, I plan to disable the SIM and switch to another operator.

The service is at a low level, unreliably convey information to customers about their rights and guarantees. The phone was delivered under warranty for repair, as a result, the problems remained, but it was not accepted again. I do not recommend contacting this center.

I completely agree with Julia. On October 3, 2022, I bought a phone in this salon. A week later, problems appeared-the subscription does not always hear me and vice versa. 12.11. The phone started to overload on its own all the time. 13.11. I applied to the salon and was simply faced with an unwillingness to help and show MY SUPERIORITY in technical issues of using the phone. If you forgot your password and if it is restored, this is no longer a warranty case. Since I forgot the documents on my phone, I came to go get them. It turned out that they were not needed, everything can be installed using a passport and a phone box. They started dealing with my problem after my wife said that they should contact the central office. An attempt to explain the problem to an employee at the second workplace caused, to put it mildly, an incorrect reaction - you reset all factory settings and simply do not know how to use the phone. Thanks for your help, complete disregard......16.11. 22 again, the problem is that not all subscriptions hear me and vice versa. I'll have to write a complaint, but I don't want to. The attitude towards clients in A1 is completely different. Learn to work with them.

Disgusting attitude towards customers, the staff is not able to answer the simplest questions, they speak in memorized phrases, they do not know if they have a boss who can solve the problem for them, because they themselves cannot do it. They sold a low-quality product, tore it off at the sale, saying that it was better to take a more expensive watch, they would work better and longer. No one warned about problems with the watch when linking it to the phone. The organization does not want to solve this problem itself, but sends it to the manufacturers, although the organization itself, as an intermediary, should solve problems with the manufacturer, and not I should contact them. I also wanted to buy a watch for myself, but I definitely won't buy them at MTS, otherwise it will turn out like with this watch, I will give 1000 rubles for the watch, but I won't be able to use it. So I would not advise anyone to buy anything from MTS
