It is clear that I will not use it even if it is replaced with another one, I will take a phone of a different brand. They did not accept the case for 12 hours and return the money for it, referring to the fact that it is used, no defects were found on it, it is completely new used. The sales manager initially said that it could be returned within 2 weeks, meanwhile another manager persuaded him and it became irrevocable. I ask the MTS management to sort it out and accept it. Excellent manager Tatiana has settled everything, I change it to 5 stars. In the end, the phone was defective, replaced with another one and the problem with the case was fixed. Tatiana, you are a top-level manager.
