When buying a phone for the promotion, an employee arbitrarily deleted the service on my SIM card, although before that he repeatedly clarified the information on the hotline himself, where I was told that this should not be. Next, the employee himself called the contact center, where she was informed that I did not need to turn off the service.... And then Karolina Pustoshilova kindly told me "I have already deleted everything." Bravo, MTS, amazing recruitment, not just unskilled staff, but also complete arbitrariness. An hour and a half of hassle and no result in the end.
