It's a very strange decision not to renew a new subscriber, but just to throw it out in the same month. But it's even stranger not to warn before connecting the package that you don't have time for a new subscriber's buns. Not to mention that they specifically connect +100 more functions that you will have to pay for if you don't turn them off after a month. I will switch off.

We started to issue a SIM card, in the process the manager offered to purchase an iPhone 15 pro max and headphones, having been refused, he said that he was communicating with us because he needed to fulfill a sales plan and "needed to eat something" and moreover, while he was wasting time on us, he could serve several others there were no customers, although there was no one else in the salon except us (me, my wife, and my friend). In addition, after learning that we are from Russia, he made unfriendly and unethical statements.
Considering that all conversations with clients are recorded, we suggest listening to the recording of our conversation and taking measures to remedy the situation.
