We visited this salon on October 13, 2025 regarding the issue of blocking roaming in the Russian Federation on October 6. Since we were in Sochi at that moment, we wanted to find out if there was any way to refund previously unused paid traffic that could not be used for a reason beyond our control. The employee of this salon, Andrey Litvinov, instead of giving a proper He advised on this issue, said that the communication service was provided by Russia and, accordingly, we should make claims to it, despite the fact that the payment was charged by MTS RB! An awkward analogy with a sausage that was forgotten and spoiled in a suitcase was also given as an example. In my understanding, the employee's task is to explain and solve the problem, not to say that they knew where they were going and what they wanted from me! The company has provided you with preferential traffic and say thank you for that..... It is very sad that such an unqualified and low-quality employee consultation puts off a negative imprint on loyal customers!

I, a customer of MTS Belarus with more than 22 years of service history, am filing a complaint about poor-quality service provision and inappropriate behavior of an employee of the company. 1. The essence of the problem On September 25, 2025, I purchased the Internet in Russia service, a 10 GB package with a one—month validity period (until October 24, 2025). From September 26 to October 6, I used the service without any problems. However, on October 6, Internet roaming for foreign SIM cards in the Russian Federation was disabled, which led to the complete inability to use the paid service until my return to Belarus on October 12. Thus, the service was not fully provided for reasons beyond my control. After returning, I contacted the MTS office at 9 Khataevich St., Gomel, with a request to clarify my rights and the possibility of compensation (transfer of unused traffic or partial refund). 2. Violation of service standards In the course of communication with the office employee, Andrey Litvinov, I was faced with: – lack of understanding of the essence of the issue and lack of professional advice; – disrespectful tone and unacceptable analogies ("about the spoiled sausage", etc.); – unwillingness to understand the situation and help the client.
