The 2 consultants in the room were having a nice conversation about their pressing problems. When it was our turn and we approached consultant Anton to clarify about the installment plan and the conditions for discounted goods, he completely confused us with his explanations. I wanted to buy a laptop and a vacuum cleaner, but the staff discouraged me from buying anything there.
