Today, 05/24/2025, after self-study of roaming tariffs in the my MTS application, I came to the salon to personally consult with a specialist and advise on a more profitable and secure connection of the service I need. However, the issue that I purposefully came to clarify with a specialist was not resolved. More precisely, the salon employee advised me, without looking up from some papers, to solve it in the application. To the repeated question: "which tariff is still more profitable to connect?" The answer was identical: "all tariffs are in the my MTS application" Although I have clearly stated the purpose of my visit, that I need personal help and SPECIALIST advice. In this regard, one more question arises: Why is a person sitting in the salon if he does not want to perform his official duties?
