Обратился что бы переоформить номера на родителей, сотрудники все оформили, нареканий нет. Но был очень удивлён когда на вопрос можно ли заменить Сим карту старого образца, услышал что сим карты не меняют в данном офисе. Считаю тем самым компания Мтс занижают свой сервисный уровень обслуживания.
