The salon is located in a good location, high traffic, convenient location. But the staff, apparently, are not interested in new customers. The electronic queue itself slows down the service process, but negligent workers prioritize their private conversations, coffee, and absence from the workplace. I was there once, I won't go again, and I don't recommend it to others. You'll lose at least an hour, and you'll ruin your mood for the whole day.

Well, the main thing is, when comparing the cameras of two phones, turn on portrait mode, turn on blurring effects on one of them, and try to deceive the client, they say, what a bad camera, blurs, whitens, not that this smartphone is 100p more expensive, this is a criminal matter. Stop deceiving customers. Until this is corrected, not a foot in this department.

But after all, the buyer comes to buy a phone not for beauty, but for quality. Terrible service.

Terrible salon. 2 guys of the consultant communicate rudely, not hiding their aggression and disgust from people. I recommend only what is more profitable for them to sell. They do not consider it necessary to take into account the opinion of the client, if opinions about a certain model differ, they can raise their voice and say in a veiled way, "you are nobody here and there is no way to call you." When asked to tell something about a certain model, they say literally 3 words, if the model is not to their taste, then they do not hesitate to tell the client in plain text that he has bad taste and it is better to look at something from more expensive models. It was unpleasant to be there, it felt like I was being scolded for liking a certain phone. Don't set foot there anymore.

I came in one day at the end of the working day. The girls were clearly in a bad mood that they had to work longer than usual. The situation is clear. Tact in conversation has not been canceled. The conversations at elevated tones came as a surprise, especially the passive-aggressive dialogue in the spirit of not looking into the eyes of the client, a clear sign of the lack of professionalism of the employees.

A complete deception! We bought a protective glass + gave money for sticking it on, so it fell off a day later, as a result of which a crack appeared on the glass. The salon refused to change it for us, referring to the fact that there is mechanical damage on the glass! But the crack appeared because the glass fell off! And MTS- casco is also a waste of money! After all, if (thank God) nothing happened to your phone or tablet, then you just lose this money. BUT God forbid something happens, then you will also have to! We were charged 210 rubles for repairing the display in the tablet, insurance -34 rubles total: 176 rubles. At the same time, the tablet costs 230 rubles! And repairs in another salon with original spare parts cost 60 rubles! THAT'S THE ARITHMETIC!!!
