I had to take 3 coupons and wait until I got to a specialist 3. Thanks to him, I connected the service and explained the algorithm of actions. What's wrong with the first employee? It became so insulting. It's like I have to figure things out on my own. And the service is not cheap. The sediment is very unpalatable

I came to buy a watch as a gift. The salon was empty, there were three employees in it. The staff did not deign to approach the department with a watch. I also approached 3 times that evening, thinking that the staff would finally pay attention to me. But I was constantly "conditionally ignored." They looked like I owed them something. The customer orientation of these employees is absent as a phenomenon. The last time I went in with the intention of buying, but a woman came right behind me and refused me service because she had some kind of coupon. Maybe it was the fact that I was very tired after a 12-hour shift and they didn't see a client in me? But I don't look like a bum, and I have a flagship phone. And where is the professionalism of consultants in this case? I got disappointed and left. I'm used to good service in MTS salons and it's hard to get anything less. Please send them to customer communication courses. Thank you.

We bought a phone, which was soon brought back, because it was not charging. They took him for diagnosis, and then gave him back with the words that we had filled him with something, so it was our own fault. There was neither time nor energy to argue. The phone was lying at home, and then, as there was free money, they decided to fix it and gave it to another repair and it turned out that the phone was not filled with anything and it was in the charging compartment, it was changed and everything works fine. But now MTS and even more so their repair is no longer a foot away, because most likely they did not look at our phone and in order not to fix it for free they said that we were to blame and gave it away. You can't work with people like that, much less cheat.

I want to leave a review about the MTS cellular communication salon, which is located in the MOMO shopping center. Last year I bought a Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro phone and everything was fine until 06/26/2023, until the phone broke. It was still almost 2 months before the end of the warranty period and I decided to take it to the salon under warranty. We looked at the salon and made sure that the phone really does not work and offered several solutions : 1) replacement with good quality goods; 2) repair; 3) termination of the contract and refund of money. I was satisfied with the option with the product of proper quality, but the consultant Yulia Gennadyevna (if I remember the patronymic correctly) said that there is no such phone now and they can offer either repairs or break the contract. I chose to break the contract, gave the phone back and prepared to wait 14 days. They called me on 06/29/2023 and joyfully announced that the phone was repaired and you can come and pick it up. To say that I was surprised is to say nothing. I arrived at the salon and asked on what basis it was repaired without my consent, there is a termination of the contract in the acceptance certificate. To which the same consultant Julia began to bleat at me about 30% of the cost – if the repair is less than 30% percent, then the defect is insignificant, which means the phone is being repaired. When asked where it is prescribed, she replied that it is not prescribed anywhere and it is in the law on consumer rights and this applies to all complex equipment, and they (consultants) will not retell this law to anyone. And yet the question of why I was not notified about the repair and whether they had the right to do it on their own initiative remained with me and I contacted the consumer protection service and it turned out to be a common practice for MTS so that when applying to the court it would be impossible to establish whether this defect was significant. So I want to leave a few recommendations for those who will risk buying something from MTS and apply for a warranty: 1) carefully read the acceptance certificate upon delivery (the consultant wrote that only the middle of the screen did not work, and the whole screen did not work, but I saw this already at home); 2) they are obliged to notify you about the repair if you have in the acceptance certificate it is written about the replacement of goods or the termination of the contract; 3) do not listen not about any 30% of the cost, it is not prescribed in the law on consumer rights; 4) but it is better to avoid these salons. Well, a consultant from the consumer protection service suggested that I go to court, at least for compensation for moral damage.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to set zero. The salon staff is zero, the service center is zero. The staff deceives and is rude, recalls consumer protection and rudely advises to read the law. But turning to consumer protection, it turned out that the "experts" had not read the law they were referring to. I do not advise you to purchase goods and generally contact a company whose employees blatantly lie and are rude.

WEARING OLD CLOTHES is important!!!! As it turned out for MTS employees!!!! Not only did they banter about, like, showing you a clamshell for 6 THOUSAND- THOUSAND -this is not a typo - these are the words of consultants, so the whole design process was accompanied by chuckles towards my husband, who did not agree with my purchase (well, damn, an ardent fan of iPhones), - well, I love Samsung, I repent ..., so also with tricky remarks in my direction.... Guys, you either take people as consultants to those who really see through the chip, or pay a normal po to consultants so that they don't openly envy and overshadow my purchases from you. So far, you have completely lost the desire to shop... For a second, the s 24 ultra can be bought cheaper than yours.... that's what I thought about when releasing the SL flagship
