Brazenly deceived about the terms of the promotion, instead of a 20% profit! When buying the speaker, I received a penalty of 209! rubles. When buying a speaker with a 20% discount! The consultant said that this promotion is for MTS network users and you just need to use this operator, if you stop, you will need to pay the difference of 20! rubles, without a second thought, I bought a column on 12/30/2024 and signed the issued documents. Today 04.01.2025 I wanted to change the tariff plan (not to leave the MTS network, but just to change the tariff) because I had to leave, but I couldn't do it, as it turned out, the document that was issued for signature was an additional agreement under which I have no right to change the tariff plan and must use this particular plan for 1 year and if I want to leave MTS or change the tariff plan, then there will be a penalty of 209! rubles, not 20! rubles, as the consultant said, but 209! rubles. I understand that I should have read the entire document, but since the consultant explained everything to me and I was in the official MTS showroom and not in the alley taking a micro-loan, I signed everything without a second thought and left because I was in a hurry. READ EVERY LINE OF THE DOCUMENTS YOU SIGN AT THIS SALON, EVEN IF THE CONSULTANT HAS TOLD YOU EVERYTHING.
