We have been using MTS cloud hosting since 2019. Until the spring of 2026, we were more or less satisfied with the quality of services provided. But something broke at the company, this is the 4th accident on their Huawei cloud in 2 months. The first one hit the whole country when several well-known services like Malanka were launched. After that, we personally had 3 more accidents, with data loss, unavailability of websites, and as a result, time and financial costs. Technical support, which used to work subjectively well, now works better with a triple, the response to tickets of the Accident category is slow, and other tickets may not be answered for days. In general, I will no longer recommend this once-good cloud provider, my trust in them has been undermined.

After the attack on the old hosting, we were looking for a provider with IT outsourcing and cybersecurity. Cloud has covered all our needs, like 24/7 monitoring, auto-update protection, plus object storage for media. The site is now loading 2 times faster than before. Throughout the entire period of cooperation, well-coordinated work and the absence of global price spikes.

We have been deploying the infrastructure here for more than a year, the servers are stable, the speed is excellent, and the SLA is respected. It is convenient that you can connect additional resources without downtime. We use the cloud for CRM and customer base, everything works without delay. Support really understands the issues, helped with setting up the VPN and integrating with the corporate network.
