The most incompetent employees. I came from Russia specifically to buy a SIM card officially. The staff is so uneducated that they have issued a SIM card that can be activated exclusively on the territory of Belarus. I have informed the staff 100 times that I will activate roaming at home in Russia! And in Russia, it is not possible to activate this left MTS of Belarus. The employees are the most illiterate, they don't know anything about their product... how does this one even exist...
