I am leaving a negative review to draw the attention of the management to the work of the administrator. And in terms of repair work, I RECOMMEND IT! On January 15, my parents (70 and 80 years old), who drove through the whole city with a suitcase, were denied service by the administrator due to a minor zipper problem. After examining it carefully enough, but without prior consultation with the master, he said: "we will not be able to help." The situation was saved by the master of the same workshop: accidentally overhearing the conversation of upset parents already on the street, he offered to see what the problem was and calmly fixed the problem with the zipper in a few minutes. Sincere thanks to him, unfortunately we do not know his name, for his professionalism, responsiveness and attentive attitude towards the elderly. Thanks to him, the parents avoided unnecessary expenses, as the trip was urgent, and they would have had to spend a small pension on a new suitcase. Obviously, in the presence of such a competent master, clients are misinformed by the administrator, which creates a negative impression of the services as a whole. I do not exclude that such situations have already taken place. I strongly recommend that the management pay attention to this.
