The place and the views are nice, the rooms are large, there is much to do. But everything is of low quality, the food, the commodities, everything.

A FAIRY TALE hotel in Tsakhkadzor!The highest class !A suite with a mountain view .The staff is professional!They are very hospitable, ready to fulfill any request!The accommodation includes : meals, breakfast and dinner, spa area (swimming pool), gym and free transfer to the cable car.I recommend Multi-Rest House!

Wonderful place, clean air!!! There is no such air anywhere, you just drink it. The service is at the highest level, very tasty food, attentive staff. I recommend you to visit, you won't regret it!!!

The impression is generally positive.
Pros: great view, polite staff.
Of the minuses: the elevator was very audible, it prevented falling asleep; they put a torn duvet cover on the bed; the repairs were shabby, the breakfasts were meager.

The breakfasts are delicious, the staff are well done, the rooms are shabby, the billiards is torn, there is no cue , the Spa is only in the picture, there is so much chlorine in the pool that the eyes pop out, the sauna is small, the 3* hotel is no more

Nice rooms, delicious food, but almost no fruits and vegetable salads. The main disadvantage is the semi-useless reception: the light in the bathroom mirror did not work in the room, it came up three (!) times, without result. Why did he come up and not call? Because the phone doesn't work in the whole hotel and the staff talk about it as the norm. The log of applications with customer problems is simply missing, I moved away - the problem disappeared. As a result: a lot of useless, doing nothing employees.

A large beautiful hotel with spacious rooms in cottages. Each has a kitchen and a living room with a fireplace, but unfortunately there was no place for a mirror in the hallway or a shoe shovel.

there is no respect for the guests. at 22:30, the reception called, woke me and a child of 3 years old, said that I had an underpayment of 2400 AMD (342 rubles). Despite the fact that before leaving for a walk at 16:00, I went there and asked for an invoice, they rolled out 25,000 drams to me, I gave 30,000. The girl does not know how to count and the presence of a small child does not bother anyone here. In addition to garbage removal, there was no cleaning in the room for 3 days. When asked at the reception how the spa works, they ask the question "what is it?" Good luck with this service!
