I spent a long time choosing a kitchen assistant and finally found him. The MOULINEX ME688832 HV8 PRO electric grinder proved itself well. Since one of the selection criteria was a dicing nozzle, the output is sliced into triangles or porridge. Therefore, the rating is 4 out of 5. As it is, I am happy with everything else. A sufficient number of nozzles are included (for pancakes, 3 types for minced meat, shredding, for sausages). Very sharp knives. There is a reverse, metal parts, enough power. You can purchase a cookie cutter separately. It's a little noisy, but it's not critical. I hope it will last a long time.

On July 25, I ordered a laptop – I arrived on July 27 (pretty quickly). Everything is packed, there were no external defects for inspection. But the story began when there were questions with the customer service: the OS (operating system) did not boot. When buying, the description stated that there would be Windows 11 Home, but in fact the laptop had previously installed OS-Linux (which did not boot). I contacted the service department at the specified number to fix the problem, where I was simply told to leave a request, and they will consider it within a day.
At the end of the day, no one answered. I called myself, where the operator, without listening to my claims to the end, said that they would respond to the messenger (Viber) upon my request.
Indeed, after an hour, they replied to me in the messenger (with a message) that they were ready to take the laptop for verification and it would take some time (according to the answers in the correspondence, only the result would have to wait a week). I bought a laptop for work and I needed it as soon as possible, so I demanded a similar or new one from the replacement fund: I paid the money for it, but never used it. As a result, there was no response. They just didn't answer and that's it…
They called only on the fourth day (Saturday) without agreeing with me, saying that the courier would take the laptop to the service (about replacing it from the replacement fund or for a new one, no words), which I refused, because I fixed the malfunctions from other specialists for a fee. (because I couldn't wait that long without a laptop). When installing the new OS, it turned out that in addition, one speaker does not work… I'll get over it somehow, but I don't want to go there anymore (to rattle my nerves).
There is a confirmation of the correspondence for all that has been said…
The conclusion suggests itself: no one checked the goods for serviceability during shipment; and also the most important thing is that the interests of the buyer are not taken into account.
And then – think about it! Is it worth contacting such sellers?

I want to write an honest review about the purchase of a Projector through this store. And not just a projector, but a projector worth 11 thousand rubles... I'm just a simple customer. I ordered a projector on credit from a cartoon, through purchase, in an online financial shop... Yes, many are afraid of this... I was also in doubt, first I called the Bank and the intermediary of the Financial Shop. They assured me of their reliability... I did it online...Generally online purchase on credit.. I ordered a Benq 850i projector...I ordered the wrong one, which, as I found out on the 5th day, I needed...I called the consultants, they accepted my request to do something .. and change to another model I needed from the store's list, ... having previously figured out on the Internet which model, I definitely already like the functionality....They said they were doing it, and that they would call you... I've been patient.. And they called me and said that the issue was being resolved, but I would have to wait.. I waited, and occasionally contacted myself.. And I was constantly answered, called, and kept informed of the stage at which the solution of this issue is.. Of course, I had to be nervous... but the Store went to meet me, so I had to pull myself together... And wait!... It took about 3 weeks.. after my request, and I was just shocked by the result! ... The store lent me my dream!...The courier fulfilled my request, after a preliminary call, to arrive half an hour earlier.. I printed it out and checked the device.. I gave you the documents and the contract.. I gave the product in a sealed factory package.. I wished you the best! In general, in order not to write much about the result, I was a little taken aback by the professionalism of the employees.The attitude of the leader. And as I said, I am shocked by the final choice of the projector... By the way, very little necessary information has been written and posted about the work and quality of this brand.., on the sites. Therefore, I give this store 5 stars!And if it were possible to put more... I put as much as I could! The projector works super well!Thank you for being there!
