I ordered on onliner.by in the multicom store.by AOC Gaming Q25G4S gaming monitor on 12/19/2025 (order No. 298440) with promised delivery on Tuesday, 12/23/2025. The very next day, on 12/20/2025, they called me back and informed me that the monitor was not in the supplier's warehouse. I was unpleasantly surprised: the product was available for registration and I was assigned a delivery date, but the store/supplier did not have any real stocks. I was not offered an adequate alternative, compensation, or a clear explanation of the reasons — only a notification of the absence of the product. This attitude caused unnecessary expectations and wasted time, especially considering that we are talking about a sought-after model and the eve of the holidays. I expect transparency from the online store: why the product was put up for sale when it was not in stock, prompt refund or a specific offer of an equivalent replacement, as well as improved balance accounting and customer information. So far, my experience is with multicom.if negative, I can't recommend the store. I hope the store's representatives will get in touch and fix the situation.
