Hello!
I would like to express my gratitude to all the surgeons of the Multidisciplinary City Hospital No. 1 of the Akimat of Astana city, whom I happened to encounter on the way to my recovery. Their work is a real science and art, requiring tremendous knowledge, experience and responsibility. Surgeons literally save lives, and I am convinced that their work cannot be overestimated. It was thanks to their skill that the surgery on my right shoulder collarbone was successful. Only rehabilitation remains ahead. I think that doctors will need help here too. Attentive staff of doctors, qualified and knowledgeable in their field, very good specialists in the waiting room and in the departments. Tired nurses and coordinators in the waiting room. There is a queue for ultrasound, even payers are waiting. Attentive and friendly security and nurses. Unfortunately, the nurses of the emergency room and their attitude towards people who have asked for help spoil all the good impression about this medical institution. As if you are not in a hospital, but on a production line, there is simply no emotional attention and participation here.

The call buttons are all completely disabled.They got an abscess, they don't even know how to properly put intramuscular injections. terrible consequences, now an operation is needed to remove the abscess (((the same interns wash the floors and do the procedures. Terrible treatment of patients, rude as in the morgue....in 2018 everything was perfect, now it's like a survival game...

My mother (a pensioner) went to the endocrinology department on a paid basis, in theory for 3 days, on a paid basis (8,800 tenge. per day). The mother lay for 2 days. On the third day in the morning, nurses or sisters of the hostess began to run in and almost kick out her mother, saying : you need to make room, another woman should lie down in your place. My mother said I paid for three days, why are you escorting me out. To which they replied, they gave us a decree. It turns out that the clinic took money from my mother for a day, for which she did not stay, and they also took money from a new patient. Some kind of straight cruel business in this clinic has left a very unpleasant aftertaste. It seems to be a state institution, but as if a private business has been set up.

Хотелось бы, чтобы обратили внимание на асфальт перед больницей. Очень уж побитый он.
А вообще, есть вопросы к обращениям с больными людьми. И грустно, что при посещении не пускают по двое в инсультное отделение.

Больница конечно уже поизносилась, но на качестве работы это не сказалось. Лежал в общей хирургии, ребята молодцы, своё дело знают. Все что нужно отрезали и красиво зашили. Спасибо им. Есть конечно минусы, особо никто ничего не объясняет, возможно из-за нехватки времени. Люди поступают постоянно, кто-то экстренно, кто-то планово, и все требуют внимания. Благо есть интернет, там можно узнать все что нужно про свою болячку.

Организация работы приемного покоя требует улучшения,начиная с охранников,санитарок,фельдшеров. Во-первых, весь персонал агрессивный изначально,никто ничего не разъясняет,нет сочувствия,эмпатии, при том,что в приемном покое находятся родственники экстренно доставленных больных, которые хотят получить хотя бы минимальную информацию о состоянии родственника,передать вещи. Во-вторых, внешний вид работников оставляет желать лучшего(одеты небрежно,вразнобой,обувь по -видимому у каждого своя),в целом смотрится ужасно нелепо и жалко. Нет бейджиков,непонятно кто есть кто. Если бы они были одеты в соответствующую спец.одежду, возможно и вели бы себя более достойно. Посмотрев на процессы организации приема больных в течение 4х часов, глубоко разочарована. А ведь это столичная многопрофильная больница

Больница хорошая но двор поменяли бы лавочки не удобные совсем ещё их мало приходят люди навестить не где сесть поговорить даже все сидят на подоконнике или на граните

Лечат хорошо, но документацию делали бы после того как полечили а то поступил в эту больницу, проблемы с сердцем были. Лежал, не терпимая боль была. А они у меня спрашивают где я работаю, иин. Это как то сложно, говорить такие данные, когда тебе больно

Больница очень удобна для тех, кого здесь госпитализируют. Есть все! Магазин продуктов, аптека, магазин бытовыз товаров, салон красоты, отделение Народного банка, 2 лаборатории (Олимп и Инвиво)
Если пациента госпитализируют в экстренном порядке и рядом не будет близких и родственников, которые могут принести все необходимое, пациент сможет решить все вопросы внутри здания.

Очень хорошая больница. Прекрасный медицинский персонал. Отличный уход за больными. Везде чистота и порядрк. Особую благодарность хотелось бы выразить хурургу детского хирургического отделения Нуржанову. Мастер своего дела, врач с большой буквы.
