Terrible service, I was in a hurry, I ran in and asked for help choosing a bouquet for my mother's anniversary, the florist rudely replied: "girl, all the flowers are in the window, vibrate" I chose a bouquet for 130 rubles, at home I got the flowers out of the package disappointed, the flowers are glued with tape, some are stuck in the trunks with toothpicks. Terrible store, I don't recommend it!

The strangest thing is that this is not an isolated case, they respond reluctantly and so pathetically, as if they were communicating with a deputy. Friends, this is just fantastic, I have never encountered service like this in my life. In addition to the unfriendly faces and the obvious condemnation of the visitors' choice, we were deeply impressed by the service in this sharazhkin office. There was about zero benefit from the advice of florists, and there was no special zeal to suggest how it would be better. Every action of the staff was accompanied by a sour face, as if they were being forced to do their job at gunpoint, and every comment about their actions was dripping with bile, saying, "don't you understand how it works, collective farmers?" It is also worth noting with what diligence we, in the number of 5 people, tried persistently to expel us from the room 1.5x0.5m, well, it is not surprising, because the florists themselves barely fit there together, however, how then did we need to discuss the desired bouquet? From the entire assortment, as an alternative to the flower we had already chosen, we were offered two varieties of flowers, one of which stank of urine mercilessly. The florist swore that the others didn't stink, but in the end, riding in a car with a bouquet of flowers looked more like a gas chamber. We were not warned about which of the services provided to us required additional payment, and at some point during the bouquet assembly we were told that it turned out that the flowers that had already been cut would still need to be paid for. Who asked them to cut them so zealously, when we only asked them to figure out how the bouquet would look with them, remains a mystery. I remind you that every action was accompanied by a sidelong glance and a mannerly smacking of our lips. In the end, our bouquet was wrapped in about forty thousand layers of cheap mint!! polyethylene (to be honest, I'm exaggerating, but it wasn't very pleasant to the touch). In the process of wrapping up this mess, the second employee began diligently mopping the floor right under our feet until she was exhausted, tacitly showing us her dislike (as if it wasn't clear from her face). I would like to note that it was mutual. As a result, I would like to emphasize that we were given an unfairly large sum for an unfairly short bouquet (again, the invaluable recommendations of the staff did their job), and we left with the persistent feeling that someone had defecated into each of our mouths. The lack of qualifications could have been whizzingly disguised by a benevolent attitude, however, as can be noted from this kind review, we only encountered blatant indifference and condemnation from someone who, it would seem, has no right to condemn. They also unwrapped a vase on the floor in front of our eyes, we were ready for everything to be blamed on us. To put it mildly, I do not recommend choosing this point, only if you do not want to buy the simplest bouquet of roses. I would wish some dirty tricks on the sellers serving us, but nature has already punished them with lean faces.
