There's no point in complaining, just try to get there as early as possible and do what you have to. However this place certainly makes you feel like a foreigner, the service is terrible. I spent 5 hours waiting, already with a number ticket which I took at 14:30. While I was waiting, something weird was happening, my number kept moving backwards until I was literally the last person in the list on screen. Finally, my number was called at 19:45 which was 15 minutes before the place closed and when I got to the teller, the woman told me that she can't accept my documents anymore and that I should come on a different day.

The behavior of employees is awful, they don't want to do their job well, I am a talent person who will get my second post-graduate diploma soon from Russia but each time have to stand between many workers, its better to devide students from workers, I visited there several times to know is my temporarily residence ready or not, I needed just a stamp on my passport but strangely the officer told you have to show your receipt of the payment for registration, I have been in Moscow since 2016, and didn't here something like this, again another day I have to go there and its a disaster

23.10.2024 The woman handing out urine bottles at the entrance of medical center in the afternoon is SO rude. I am a student who has just arrived in Russia and is studying Russian. Suddenly she yelled at me emotionally and with an angry expression infront of people, telling me not to call, even though she clearly knows that I don't understand what she say. (calling was Not loudly or for long, just briefly.) I didn’t know that I shouldn’t call there and I don't understand what made her so angry. She is taking out all her life's stress on an innocent foreigner. Please Put up a big, visible sign at the entrance saying "No Phones" or at least when you warn a foreigner who doesn't know the rule, speak normally and not emotionally. We are not babies, we are mature adults. Everyone will understand and take note. And As soon as she yelled me, I hung up and asked her to scan the QR code, but she gave me a urine bottle aggressively with a look on her face like she was looking at a cockroach.(I was kind to her while I was meeting her.) If she just speak concisely in a normal conversation, foreigners will understand you more easily. She needs to fix her habit of aggressively yelling at foreigner without reasonable reason.
Her attitude of ignoring foreigners makes her unfit to work at the immigration office that deals with foreigners.( SHE WOULD BE BETTER TO FIND ANOTHER JOB)
But all the other staff were friendly except her.
