I stayed with the children in June 2024, simple, modest rooms, but clean. In the very center of the Old Town, everything is within walking distance. The breakfasts are simple, Turkish. As a budget place, it's quite possible to stay, spend the night and mostly walk, spend time walking around the neighborhood)

I'll start with a good one, friendly hostess, good location right in the old town, the price is not high, breakfast is included. Now the cons: the rooms are tired (for me very much), monotonous breakfasts, cleaning was done only on request. There were no blankets, they don't understand Russian. We didn't have a problem with the noise, but we were in November, and there may already be fewer tourists.
