If you catch a waiter, he will look for the menu, if you find the menu yourself, then you look for the waiter, some kind of vicious circle. It seems to me that if tables were fixed for the waiter, then he would immediately see the visitors. And so they work in a mix both on the street and in the booth and in the hall, because of this, the staff also limps! The waiter is not able to serve everyone in different parts as needed, so it turns out that he accepted the order, brought it and that's it, then look for him to add to the bill or something else. We need to work on the staff, but everything is fine.

It makes sense to order a steak if the meat in the soup that needs to be cooked for half a day is not cooked and is so hard that you will not bite through. There is nothing for desserts, literally NOTHING. The only thing that turns out well from European cuisine there is pizza, and then there is little filling and sauce in meat pizza.
