An overrated restaurant, on Yandex 4.8. My rating is 4.5. Beautiful design and meeting at 5. The food is ordinary. I tried borscht and draniki.

The restaurant was only for breakfast. The curtains are good. The view from the window is pleasant. But there were in the bar. The polite and pleasant bartender, did not remember the name, offered us a very tasty cocktail. I really liked it. So we recommend it! 😊 John cocktail, that's something 🎉

The serving time is more than 50 minutes, the dishes are not served to the guests at the same time and at the same table everyone eats alone while the others are waiting for their dish. The food does not match its price, the food quality is very low: instead of a soft brioche, there was a hard biscuit, benedict was cold, the fish was stale, the pancakes were dry, there was sand in the pancakes that crunched on the teeth. The cooking time is incredibly long.. Pancakes, eggs, pasta, pancakes cannot be cooked for almost an hour, given that there are not many guests - the landing was far from complete. An hour of wasted waiting time and poor quality dishes at a high price.

A nice place, but it seems that the cook sleeps in one shoe 😂 the sauce for the salad was brought to the end of eating - they forgot (I thought it was a local reading), risotto with mushrooms was confused with risotto with duck, but it was still delicious 😁 In general, the guys are trying, let them have they will succeed. We lived in a hotel above the restaurant, at 6.50 they begin to prepare the breakfast room - it seems that the armies of Light and Darkness collide. 😆 breakfast is sufficient, but without frills. The interior is excellent, I recommend you to visit

The restaurant is located in the very center of the city, very well located. We managed to have lunch in this place: mushroom cream soup and boiled pork with grilled vegetables - just a delight ! The service is excellent, everyone is very attentive!
Everything regarding the arrangement of tables , furniture, etc. on "3" (upholstered furniture is expensive , tables are located close to each other and not of the best quality, everything seems to be OK in the toilet, but there is no elementary hand cream, for example, dez. the product is in an ordinary plastic bottle; the ladies' toilet on the ground floor is only one for 12 tables). It seems like everyone wanted to do well, but as usual in many places they did not put the squeeze on , as if they spared money and everything would be fine, but if the restaurant is declared as something close to a suite, the suite should be in everything!

A premium restaurant. The city center, the Windows overlook Sovetskaya Square, so the view is healthy. The food is delicious and right for a premium establishment in the regional capital :). Inside is a classic from the beginning of the 20th century. The waiters are helpful. They can cook a dish specially for you.
I recommend it for business meetings.
What pleased me separately was the portrait of the owner of the restaurant next to the founder of the building, merchant Muravyov

- we waited 50 minutes for a hot one after the snacks were brought
- the cocktail was carried for 30 minutes
- The music was too loud, everyone was shouting to hear each other.
The only thing that was normal was the service in the person of the waiter Anton. I served the whole hall alone. The bartender was also 1, I admit that there are few employees in the kitchen. Definitely all the disadvantages, except for the music, arose due to the small number of staff for a full landing.
In terms of food, the price does not match the quality. Prices are the same as in Minsk, the quality is 2 times worse. That the leg of confit that the turkey is dry. Hummus and Tartare are normal.
At first I put 3 stars, but corrected it to 2 because I eventually got heartburn.
