We had a family vacation in August 2018. The overall impression is that I liked it. The outskirts of the town. but there are lakes nearby with a good beach. The service is unobtrusive. Clean, cozy enough. The price is too high therefore - 4.

A decent place to spend the night. Rooms for different budgets. One of the advantages is a large backyard with places to relax and barbecue. You will have to get to the central beach by car, although there is an opportunity to plunge into the lake nearby within walking distance. The hospitable hosts will tell you everything and tell you about local attractions and places of rest.

3 people had a family vacation. 2 adults and a child of 6 years old. The farmstead is completely zero. One solid mud everywhere and everywhere. The only plus in the room is the air conditioner. The room itself is dirt, solid dirt. Probably the owners are not familiar with cleanliness - the key to health. You can't touch anything in the room. The kettle is scum inside - there is such a layer. In short, they did not use it. The bathroom with toilet is tin. The shower cabin, and everything inside is black, on the edges, on the sides there are deposits that no one washes. The walls are covered with siding, it's covered in stains. The bed...We stopped by...A 6-year-old child asked...Mom, you didn't take our bed...She's all dirty. The glasses and shot glasses were covered in lipstick. There has never been a dry or wet cleaning in a week. Then we traveled around a lot of farmsteads and looked at rental housing on Gagarin right near Lake Drivyaty...for example...there is a huge difference in both prices and cleanliness...accommodation for Gagarin is from 25 to 30 rubles per person per day...It's cozy as home...towels are changed every day and vacuumed every day...in the Murazhye farmstead, it is dirty outside in the gazebos...It's scary to raise your head up, creepy cobwebs everywhere and everywhere...She doesn't clean up...my neighbors and I walked around and just nodded our heads and at one glance everything was clear...I was bought by the fact that the rating on the booking is 9.6... for what...I still have a huge question, of course, to the sanitary inspection station, how is all this checked..for such money, such terrible conditions per day, and even during a pandemic...before checking in, I asked the owner about the conditions, to which he replied...and that the rating on the booking 9.6 does not mean anything to you...we put 1 for the air conditioner in this farmhouse ... I was also very surprised that the reservation is incomplete and the reservation is not refunded if anything happens...it seems to me that when evaluating 9.6, I am afraid to return the money for cancellation...now I understand why... let the owners forgive me...but cleanliness is the most important thing...and everything in our life is made up of little things...There is a photo...I will not post it ... if you are interested, please contact us...I'll reset it...
